Days when my thoughts meandered with negative intention

Nights when I astral travelled, I may mention

Sometimes being positive doesn’t work,

Until I jump awake from dreaming and I jerk

At what I witnessed in that trance

The clock says 2.22am as I glance

Reiki sent now, I will try to sleep

As I intend my thoughts to keep
